ClawReady.in is built to publish practical OpenClaw guides and collect optional setup-help or community submissions. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Independent status

ClawReady.in is an independent educational resource and setup service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenClaw.

Information you choose to send

If you use the setup-help form, submit-guide form, or email fallback, you may send your name, email address, contact handle, VPS/provider, setup goal, budget range, redacted logs, preferred call time, and message content.

If you submit a community guide, you may also send a public name or handle, guide title, setup type, channels used, screenshots or reference links, and Markdown content for editorial review.

Do not send secrets

Do not submit root passwords, API keys, Telegram bot tokens, WhatsApp session data, private keys, unredacted private URLs, or logs that expose personal data. If you accidentally send a secret, rotate it immediately.

How information is used

• To reply to setup-help requests.
• To understand the OpenClaw issue, guide, or workflow you submitted.
• To prepare written recommendations, setup notes, or moderation feedback.
• To improve site content, search, troubleshooting pages, and lead qualification.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, unsafe automation requests, and leaked secrets.

Analytics

ClawReady.in may use lightweight privacy-conscious analytics to understand pageviews, search terms, CTA clicks, and form-start or form-fallback events. Analytics should not collect raw secrets, form body text, bot tokens, WhatsApp sessions, or API keys.

Third-party services

The site may use static hosting, email, analytics, and form-processing providers. If a form backend is configured, form submissions may be processed by that provider. If no backend is configured, the site prepares an email fallback using your local email client.

Community submissions

Community submissions are reviewed before publishing. Submissions may be edited, rejected, or redacted for clarity, safety, privacy, or moderation reasons. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share.

Retention

Setup-help and community messages may be kept as long as needed to respond, provide support, maintain records, improve content, or handle abuse. You can request deletion of your submitted contact information by emailing hello@clawready.in.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit forms. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of contact information you sent to ClawReady.in by emailing hello@clawready.in. Some information may be retained where needed for security, dispute handling, or operational records.

Children

ClawReady.in is intended for developers, founders, freelancers, and small teams. It is not aimed at children.

Changes

This policy may change as the platform, form backend, analytics setup, or service workflow evolves. The updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
